What measurements are Perswall wallpaper?
Each roll of wallpaper is 45 cm wide. The length and height depend on the measurements you indicate when placing an order.
Where can I install my wallpaper?
If it was up to us, we would cover the whole world in wallpaper! You, on the other hand, can install beautiful wallpaper in your home as long as you have a clean and dry environment with a smooth/flat surface. Read more on how to prepare different surfaces in our Wallpaper School.
What material is your product made of and what quality does it have?
Perswall wallpaper is digitally printed on high-quality, non-woven FSC- certified paper. Our digitally printed wallpaper offers a flexible material that makes interior dreams come true, without compromising on quality or the environment.
Who designs your wallpaper?
Our skilled designer works daily in our Sweden based office to develop and deliver unique motifs and prints that tell personal stories. We also work with selected creators from all around the world and are constantly looking for creative people who use art as a tool to tell amazing stories.
What does Extra Durability mean?
The additional feature of Extra Durability gives the wallpaper a soft, matt finish. It makes the surface tougher and stain repellent. Therefore, we recommend the feature in children’s rooms and public areas.
Can I order a wallpaper sample?
Yes of course! You can order samples from our curated collection for £2 each.
What size do your samples have?
Our wallpaper samples have an A4-size and are on the scale of 1:1, this means that the whole motif won’t be visible on the sample.
How do I order samples?
Simply order a sample by clicking the “Order Sample” button under the product on your screen.
What payment solutions do you offer?
We offer card payment and flexible payment solutions via Klarna; invoice, instalment payment and direct payment.
Information from Klarna
In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may at the checkout share your personal information in the form of contact information and order information with Klarna, so that Klarna can assess whether you can choose the payment methods, and to adapt them for you. Your personal data that is shared is processed according to Klarna's own data protection information.
When do I receive my order confirmation?
You should receive your order confirmation within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within this time, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
Can I return an order?
Your right of withdrawal does not apply since Perswall products are printed on-demand. If you by any chance wouldn't be happy with your order, please contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address than my billing address?
Yes of course! If you’re redoing your country house, friend’s home or any other place for that matter, it might be in your favour to do this. Have in mind that it is very important to use your name on your order. Your order will be delivered to your specified addresses nearest postal office.
What happens if my product is injured when delivered?
We replace faulty items with a fault-free corresponding item. We need to see the error to do so. Perswall does not take responsibility for any accidents or mistakes that occur when installing wallpaper. Neither do we take responsibility for any costs from loss of time or other indirect or consequential costs. It is therefore crucial that you examine your order before installing it.
